The Silver Coast property market is no different to that in other parts of the world in that there are a lot of properties available and currently not massive amounts of buyers. This situation will hopefully not to be getting progresssively worse, indeed there are some people saying that the worst of the problem is behind us, but the estate agents still appear to be gloomy. There is NO such gloominess here and we are all in a very positive frame of mind and that is great for buyer and seller alike. Silver Coast property is still in demand and is extremely good value for money.

Anybody can buy a property here. Just make sure you appoint a representative to work on the legal side and during your visit to Portugal remember to open a bank account and apply for the financas card (for the tax) and you should be good to go.
